1. 이용약관의 적용과 동의

본 약관은 SocialHub(이하 “서비스”)와 사용자 사이의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관과 해당 플랫폼의 규칙에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 마세요.

2. 이용 자격과 아동

서비스의 최소 이용 연령은 만 18세입니다. 서비스는 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다.

SocialHub는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 이용자는 만 18세 이상이어야 합니다. 또한 연결하는 각 플랫폼의 연령 및 이용 자격 요건을 충족해야 합니다.

3. 제공 기능

• 계정 — SocialHub 자체 사용자 계정은 만들지 않습니다. 사용자가 선택한 소셜 플랫폼 계정을 OAuth로 연결하며, 연결 가능 여부와 권한은 각 플랫폼의 테스트 사용자, 앱 검토, 계정 유형 및 이용 자격에 따라 달라집니다.
• 분석 — 연결된 플랫폼이 제공하는 본인 게시물의 조회, 도달, 좋아요, 댓글·답글 수 등 공개 성과 지표를 요청 시 가져와 로컬에 저장합니다. SocialHub 자체 행동 분석 또는 원격 텔레메트리 SDK는 현재 구현에서 확인되지 않았습니다.
• 광고 — 제공하지 않습니다.
• 구매 — 제공하지 않습니다.
• 온라인 기능 — 사용자가 선택한 플랫폼에 게시 콘텐츠를 전송하고, 지원되는 경우 본인 게시물 기록 가져오기, 지표 조회 및 원격 게시물 삭제 요청을 수행합니다. 플랫폼별 외부 검증, 심사, 요금, 제한 및 실제 API 응답은 SocialHub 소스만으로 보장되지 않습니다.
• 사용자 제작 콘텐츠 — 사용자가 작성한 게시물과 연결된 플랫폼에서 가져온 본인 게시물 기록을 로컬에서 처리하고 선택한 플랫폼으로 전송합니다. 현재 LIVE 전용 화면은 공개 댓글 본문이나 댓글 작성자 정보를 수집하지 않으며 데모 fixture를 사용자 데이터로 처리하지 않습니다. SocialHub는 다이렉트 메시지를 요청, 수집, 저장 또는 관리하지 않습니다.

4. 사용자의 책임

• 관련 법령과 플랫폼 정책을 준수해야 합니다.
• 타인의 권리나 계정에 무단으로 접근하거나 서비스를 악용해서는 안 됩니다.
• 게시·전송하는 콘텐츠에 필요한 권리를 보유해야 합니다.

5. 외부 서비스

서비스의 일부 기능은 외부 플랫폼에 의해 처리됩니다. 각 플랫폼의 별도 약관과 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.

• Google / YouTube — 소유 채널 연결, 동영상 게시·삭제, 본인 업로드 기록 가져오기 및 동영상 통계 조회에 사용합니다. 현재 어댑터는 모든 YouTube 기능에 광범위한 `youtube.force-ssl` OAuth 범위를 요청합니다. 미검증 API 프로젝트의 업로드 공개 범위 등 실제 운영 제한은 외부 확인이 필요합니다.
• Meta / Instagram — Professional 계정 연결, 이미지·Reel 게시, 본인 미디어 기록 가져오기 및 인사이트 조회에 사용합니다. 현재 어댑터는 `instagram_business_basic`, `instagram_business_content_publish`, `instagram_business_manage_insights` 범위를 요청합니다. 계정 유형, 앱 역할·접근 수준 및 App Review는 외부 확인이 필요하며 원격 게시물 삭제는 현재 구현하지 않습니다.
• TikTok — 크리에이터 연결, 게시 옵션 조회, 동영상·사진 직접 게시와 상태 확인, 본인 동영상 기록 가져오기 및 공개 지표 조회에 사용합니다. 현재 소스 어댑터가 요청하는 범위는 `user.info.basic`, `video.list`, `video.publish`이며, 콘솔의 `video.upload` 설정 여부와 별개입니다. Sandbox 저장·target user·감사·Production 승인과 공개 게시 자격은 외부에서 확인해야 하며 원격 게시물 삭제는 현재 구현하지 않습니다.
• Meta / Threads — 프로필 연결, 게시물 게시·삭제, 본인 게시물 기록 가져오기 및 인사이트 조회에 사용합니다. 현재 어댑터는 `threads_basic`, `threads_content_publish`, `threads_delete`, `threads_manage_insights` 범위를 요청합니다. 사용 사례, 테스트 사용자, Live Mode와 App Review 상태는 외부 확인이 필요합니다.
• X — 프로필 연결, 텍스트 게시물 게시·삭제, 본인 게시물 기록 가져오기 및 공개 지표 조회에 사용합니다. 현재 어댑터는 `tweet.read`, `users.read`, `tweet.write`, `offline.access` 범위를 요청합니다. API 이용 자격, 비용·지출 한도 및 실제 rate limit은 외부 확인이 필요합니다.

6. 구매, 광고 및 콘텐츠

7. 변경, 중단 및 종료

보안, 법령 준수, 유지보수 또는 서비스 개선을 위해 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

사용자가 약관이나 법령을 위반하면 필요한 범위에서 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다.

8. 보증과 책임의 제한

서비스는 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 현재 상태로 제공됩니다. 외부 플랫폼의 가용성이나 심사 결과는 보장하지 않습니다.

강행 법규가 허용하는 범위에서 간접적·부수적 손해에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다. 법률상 배제할 수 없는 권리는 영향을 받지 않습니다.

9. 약관 변경

중요한 변경이 있는 경우 서비스 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알리고 최종 검토일을 갱신합니다. 변경된 약관은 표시된 시행일부터 적용됩니다.

10. 준거법과 문의

본 약관은 강행 법규가 달리 정하지 않는 한 대한민국 법률의 적용을 받습니다.

1. Terms of Service: scope and acceptance

These Terms govern use of SocialHub (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the rules of each applicable platform.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and children

The minimum age for the Service is 18. The Service is not designed for children.

SocialHub is not directed to children, and users must be at least 18 years old. Users must also meet the age and eligibility requirements of each connected platform.

3. Service features

• Accounts — SocialHub does not create its own user accounts. Users connect selected social-platform accounts through OAuth; availability and permissions depend on each platform's test-user, app-review, account-type, and entitlement requirements.
• Analytics — On request, SocialHub retrieves and stores locally provider-supplied public performance counters for the user's own posts, such as views, reach, likes, and comment or reply counts. No first-party behavioral analytics or remote telemetry SDK was found in the current implementation.
• Advertising — Not provided.
• Purchases — Not provided.
• Online features — SocialHub sends post content to selected platforms and, where supported, imports the user's own post history, retrieves metrics, and requests remote post deletion. Platform-specific external verification, review, fees, limits, and live API behavior are not guaranteed by the SocialHub source alone.
• User-generated content — SocialHub processes locally user-authored posts and the user's own post history imported from connected platforms, and sends selected content to those platforms. The current LIVE-only UI does not collect public-comment bodies or commenter identities and does not process demo fixtures as user data. SocialHub does not request, collect, store, or manage direct messages.

4. User responsibilities

• You must comply with applicable law and platform policies.
• You must not access another person's rights or account without permission or misuse the Service.
• You must hold the rights needed for content you publish or transmit.

5. Third-party services

Some features are processed by external platforms. Their separate terms and policies may apply.

• Google / YouTube — Used to connect an owned channel, publish and delete videos, import the user's own upload history, and retrieve video statistics. The current adapter requests the broad `youtube.force-ssl` OAuth scope for all YouTube features. Live restrictions, including upload visibility from unverified API projects, require external verification.
• Meta / Instagram — Used to connect a Professional account, publish images and Reels, import the user's own media history, and retrieve insights. The current adapter requests `instagram_business_basic`, `instagram_business_content_publish`, and `instagram_business_manage_insights`. Account type, app roles, access level, and App Review require external verification, and remote post deletion is not currently implemented.
• TikTok — Used to connect a creator, read publishing options, direct-post videos and photos and check their status, import the user's own video history, and retrieve public metrics. The current source adapter requests `user.info.basic`, `video.list`, and `video.publish`, independently of whether `video.upload` is configured in the console. Sandbox save state, target users, audit, Production approval, and public-posting eligibility require external verification, and remote post deletion is not currently implemented.
• Meta / Threads — Used to connect a profile, publish and delete posts, import the user's own post history, and retrieve insights. The current adapter requests `threads_basic`, `threads_content_publish`, `threads_delete`, and `threads_manage_insights`. Use case, test-user, Live Mode, and App Review status require external verification.
• X — Used to connect a profile, publish and delete text posts, import the user's own post history, and retrieve public metrics. The current adapter requests `tweet.read`, `users.read`, `tweet.write`, and `offline.access`. API entitlement, cost and spending limits, and live rate limits require external verification.

6. Purchases, advertising, and content

7. Changes, suspension, and termination

Features may be changed or suspended for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or service improvement.

Access may be restricted as reasonably necessary if a user violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available. Availability or approval decisions of external platforms are not guaranteed.

Liability for indirect or incidental loss is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be announced through the Service or this page, and the review date will be updated. Revised Terms apply from the stated effective date.

10. Governing law and contact

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea.
